The MS8220 is a 32 bit reverse counter designed to count the number of input pulses
received and to generate programmable output upon reaching preset values. The counter has
a six-digit display and a software divisor / multiplier to ensure its operation with sensors with
different gear ratios. Configuring the states of the counter and its functionality as a batch
dosing controler is user selectable depending on the particular application. The unit has
MODBUS communication and basic software for local or remote control and configuration,
as well as ensuring its compatibility with various HMI applications.
The unit is equipped with a non-volatile memory, which stores the setting and
readings before switching off the power.
