After switching on the power supply, the device counts the number of pulses received during a period of 1 second. The number thus counted is divided and multiplied by programmable coefficients (indicating the ratio of pulses – measured value) and as a result the instantaneous value of the measured value (per second) is obtained.
The counter accumulates the instantaneous values for the time during which it has been operating in a total total value.
The accumulated value is stored in non-volatile memory and is not reset when the power supply is turned off
The counter has serial communication.
