The MS USB-Serial UART converter is designed to convert signals between the USB 2.0 interface into a serial interface with TTL signal levels Rx and Tx. The main application of the LNB is to connect various TTL Serial Interface devices to a computer for programming. An example of such devices are various transmitters and controllers that are tuned or programmed with a computer.
